We serve as speakers, coaches, mentors, consultants, advisors, board members or a combination of these, but our approach always has elements of coaching as we believe growth is achieved from within. In consulting, the knowledge and answers are with the consultant, whereas in coaching the wisdom lies within the client. In mentoring, a more experienced expert on the topic at hand shares knowledge with the client. In coaching we work together to guide your growth. Coaching is powerful as a methodology on its own or in combination with other approaches.

  • I have 15+ years of experience in leadership, management and organisational politics enable me to help you interpret your situation and discuss strategies.
  • I’m a Certified Business Coach and Executive Coach (bci.fi / ICF) with ample experience in coaching and mentoring.
  • I have a long background as a management consultant at a partner level.
  • I’m bilingual (Finnish and English), I have lived on four continents and have worked with people from all backgrounds and cultures.
  • Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Aalto University / Helsinki School of Economics)
